Why do prices differ by country?
We adjust prices to local purchasing power at checkout. The price you see there is the price you pay.
Do I need a student email for Scholar?
No. Scholar is open to anyone. The price is the discount.
What does fair use mean on Pro?
Heavy daily use is fine. We only step in if an account is clearly automated or shared, and we will email you first.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Ask within 14 days of any payment and we refund it in full.
How does Lab billing work?
One invoice for all seats. Add or remove seats at any time and the change is prorated.
