1. Using Anchorcite
These terms apply when you use the website, the free tools or an account. By creating an account you agree to them.
2. Your account
Keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens in it.
3. Your work
What you write and upload stays yours. We only use it to provide the service to you.
4. Checking results
Citation details come from Crossref and OpenAlex and are formatted automatically. Records can contain errors and styles have local variants, so check citations before you submit work. You remain responsible for your own work and for following your institution's rules.
5. Fair use
Do not use Anchorcite in ways the acceptable use policy forbids, or try to overload, scrape or break the service.
6. Changes and ending
We may change these terms and will say so on this page. You can delete your account at any time.
